Step 1: Initial Contact

When you make contact, one of our friendly consultants will ask you a few questions including:

How much rubbish do you have?
We need to determine the volume and weight of the rubbish at your property to give you an accurate quote. Either tell us about your rubbish or send us some photos.

Where are you located?
Our team will need a street address to perform a pickup. We may also ask if there are access issues which will make collection difficult.

When you would like to schedule a pickup?
Clients have the option of asking for a same-day collection or a scheduled collection. If you choose a same-day collecton, we will provide you with a two hour window in which we will arrive to collect your rubbish. If you choose a scheduled collection, we can give you a definitive time of arrival.
Step 2: Quotation
Once we have gathered all of the details we need, one of our consultants will create a 100% free, no-obligation quote. When you choose House and Flat Clearance, there are never any hidden fees to worry about.
The only time the quoted price will ever change is if the weight or volume is substantially different to what was estimated. This only occurs in very rare cases.
The quote can be emailed to you, or if you prefer, we can post it. We can also provide an estimate over the phone, then give you a printed quote on the day of pickup.

If you are satisfied with the quote and choose to accept it, we immediately add your job to our schedule.
Step 3: We get rid of your rubbish
Our collection team will arrive on the date and time specified in the quote. They are very punctual, so you won’t be left waiting around.
Once our clearance team arrive, They will start removing your furniture & junk waste safely and efficiently from your property.
Step 4: Your waste is processed
House and Flat Clearance is a licensed waste carrier with all of the equipment necessary to safely transport your rubbish to the nearest waste management facility. Once there, it will be processed in an environmentally friendly manner.
If you are disposing of items that are re-usable, we will ensure they are redirected to a charity or for recycling & re-use.
